About the Apartments
We have one wheelchair-accessible apartment. Please contact us directly if you wish to book this specific apartment.
No, you need to bring your own coffee and tea. However, the apartment is equipped with both a coffee maker and a kettle.
No, all our apartments are non-smoking, so smoking is not allowed inside. However, smoking is permitted on the balcony. If a guest smokes inside the apartment, a penalty fee will be charged.
All our apartments are equipped with a private washing machine and dryer. Irons and ironing boards are also available in the bedroom closets.
We offer 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments.
Langgata 48 consists of four identical apartments:

Tordenskioldsgate 13 consists of 3 apartments:
– Two apartments with 2 bedrooms each.

When you move in, you will find the beds made up. Bath towels and hand towels are provided for all tenants in the apartment, and you will also find a starter kit that includes toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher tablets.

No, unfortunately we do not allow pets. This is to ensure that our apartments remain allergy-friendly.
Booking and Payment
Our 14-day cancellation policy applies under all circumstances. This means that if, for any reason, you are unable to use your apartment with us, you will need to contact your insurance company to see if they cover the cost of your stay.
Yes, all tenants must be over 25 years old or be part of a family.
We have a 14-day cancellation and modification policy. This means you can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
ou can pay by credit card or invoice. We do not accept cash payments. For companies, we offer invoice arrangements with post-payment for account customers after a credit check. For invoicing (outside of account customers), we require a deposit reserved on a credit card, which will be released at checkout. Please note that it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank. We require all guests to provide a security deposit of 5,000 NOK upon arrival.
We have four identical apartments in our building, all of which can be rented so that a large group of 16–24 people can stay together.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific apartment. You are welcome to let us know any preferences regarding the floor, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Move in and out
Contact us and you will be able to store your luggage.
We will send you a text message with the address of your apartment the day before your arrival.
If you arrive after our opening hours, we will send you a code via SMS upon your arrival.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this, as it depends on when the apartment is ready. However, if the apartment is available earlier, you are of course welcome to check in sooner.

Yes, for security reasons, all guests must be able to present their payment card as well as valid identification. Unfortunately, we cannot allow check-in if these cannot be presented.
No. Cleaning of the apartment is included in the rental price, but the apartment should be tidy, and the trash should be placed in the recycling bins under the kitchen sink when you move out. If you are staying for a longer period, you will need to empty the bins yourself during your stay.

We use codes, which you will receive at check-in.
During your stay here
No, to save the environment and because this is not a hotel, we only change bed linens and towels for stays longer than 7 days. This is included in the weekly cleaning of the apartment. All apartments have a washing machine and dryer, so it is easy to wash the towels yourself if you wish.
We clean the apartment after you move out. Each apartment is equipped with a robot vacuum so you can vacuum while staying there. In addition, you will find a handheld vacuum and cleaning supplies in the hallway closet, so you can clean up any spills or similar situations that need immediate attention.
No, we do not allow gatherings or parties in our apartments. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. If these rules are violated, the tenant will be evicted immediately. Any rent or deposit already paid will not be refunded.

There are trash containers outside.
- Residual waste should be placed in a bag / gray trash bag and thrown into the black container.
- Food waste should be placed in a green bag and thrown into the black container.
- Plastic waste should be placed in a blue bag.
- Paper should be thrown into the green container.
- Glass and metal should be thrown into the orange container.
For all stays, the apartment will be cleaned after the tenant has moved out. If you stay with us for more than 7 days, you will receive a weekly cleaning of the apartment. Usually, the apartment will be cleaned on the same weekday as your check-in (weekly cleaning is not carried out on weekends). Weekly cleaning includes changing towels and bed linens. We will inform you at check-in which day we plan to clean.
For the main and apartment doors, enter *your code*. The doors lock automatically when closed.

All our apartments are equipped with a 65” Smart TV that has a variety of apps installed, including NRK TV, TV2 Play, Viaplay, D-Play, Netflix, YouTube, HBO, Disney+, Amazon Prime, RiksTV, Canal Digital, Spotify, TunIN, and more. Press the 'house' button on the remote to open the menu, where you can log in with your own credentials for your streaming services.

The nearest store and gym are 500 meters away at Porselensfabrikken, where you will find KIWI, SATS, Europris, a flower shop, and not least, Porsgrund Porcelain Factory.
As of today, unfortunately, we do not have any charging facilities for the parking spaces we provide. However, there are parking spaces with charging options available nearby.
Free Parking
One parking space per apartment is included in the price, located in the courtyard of our property. Street parking beyond the area in front of our building is for other residents and not for our guests.

Check the map for transport options or send us an inquiry. We will gladly provide more detailed information on the easiest way to get to your apartment from the airport. Torp Airport is about 25 minutes away by car.
We can offer both 1 extra bed and 1 baby crib, subject to availability. An extra bed costs NOK 500 per night per person, and a baby crib and chair cost NOK 500 per night. Please contact us to check availability and to book these items.
No. We rent out apartments with fully equipped kitchens suitable for self-catering. If you need something quick, there are several nice cafés nearby that offer rolls and other breakfast items.
Due to allergy concerns, we unfortunately do not allow pets in our apartments.
